Symplectic

This Vivo harvester is designed to harvest data from Symplectic Elements (via the Elements API) and transfer it to Vivo (via Vivo's Sparql Update API) in a manner that can support regular (e.g. nightly) updates. The harvested Elements data is transformed into Vivo compatible RDF by a customisable XSLT based cross-walking framework.

This repository contains the necessary template files for customizing the stock VIVO interface to make it responsive and modern. You can read more about the release on the Symplectic website. The theme was first presented at the VIVO Conference 2016.
