Scripts collection for AdipoAtlas project

• All scripts for data processing is in DataProcessing folder

• All scripts for data visualization is in DataVisualization folder

• Scripts are stored by tasks/plots separately.

• Some raw image outputs might be edited further to add additional labels and markers for the production of the final image in the publication.
