The best way to make use of this repo is jumping into vimrc, reading it (it's thoroughly commented), understanding what it does and pulling chunks you're interested in.
It's not recommended to clone repo as a whole. First, it's still work in progress, and most likely will disappoint you by not running on your machine. Second, blindly cloning someone's vimrc is not the best way to learn and comprehend Vim.
