I think we should hold off on removing the PR limit for now. While I agree that the limit can be annoying for us more long-term contributors, I think it'll be really important in limiting spam PRs, especially as Hacktoberfest draws near. The limit prevents people from speedrunning all 4 Hacktoberfest PRs at once, and I think that's a good thing. If we're going to remove the limit, we should probably wait until after Hacktoberfest to do so.

I think we should hold off on removing the PR limit for now. While I agree that the limit can be annoying for us more long-term contributors, I think it'll be really important in limiting spam PRs, especially as Hacktoberfest draws near. The limit prevents people from speedrunning all 4 Hacktoberfest PRs at once, and I think that's a good thing. If we're going to remove the limit, we should probably wait until after Hacktoberfest to do so.

I think we should hold off on removing the PR limit for now. While I agree that the limit can be annoying for us more long-term contributors, I think it'll be really important in limiting spam PRs, especially as Hacktoberfest draws near. The limit prevents people from speedrunning all 4 Hacktoberfest PRs at once, and I think that's a good thing. If we're going to remove the limit, we should probably wait until after Hacktoberfest to do so.
