This spell is relatively unreliable at the moment as it relies on usernames being constant.

Description:

This spell binds a spell to a hot bar slot. Spells are then cast on hand animation. To bind and cast spells, you are required to be holding some non-air item. You can clear and bind spells using the cast command or subspell args by passing either clear, clearall or a spell name.
