A simplestic ATM program which allows existing users check their balance, withdraw, deposit, and transfer their funds between accounts. As well, this program has a admin side which allows an admin to check the active balance in the machine, withdraw money from the machine, deposit money into the machine, and print a detailed statement for the machine's usage.
This ATM program handles execptions so that all users can not over draft their account, as well as checking and comparing the machines current balance to prevent misuse of funds.
