Summary

  • Adds a TABLE-FIRST WORKSPACE GOVERNANCE section to docs_build/dev/PROJECT_INSTRUCTIONS.md.
  • Documents table-first parent/child rules, accordion ownership, informational child counts, single-open/default-collapsed behavior, child indentation, hidden metadata, left-aligned self-describing Add buttons, and dropdown enumerated edit fields.
  • Adds visual examples for default, expanded, normal, edit, and add row states plus explicit row-state Save/Cancel rules.

Validation

  • PASS: Confirmed TABLE-FIRST WORKSPACE GOVERNANCE heading exists.
  • PASS: Confirmed visual examples exist.
