Summary

Generalizes Sequential Codex Queue Mode from Gamma-only governance to all TEAM owners while preserving team ownership boundaries and owner-controlled EOD merge approval.

What changed

  • Added all-team Sequential Codex Queue Mode governance to PROJECT_INSTRUCTIONS.md.
  • Added matching all-team queue boundary rules to PROJECT_MULTI_PC.txt.
  • Preserved Alpha/Beta/Gamma queue ownership boundaries.
  • Clarified merge wording so EOD merge/push remains owner-controlled and requires explicit approval.

Validation

  • git diff --check passed.
  • Verified Sequential Codex Queue Mode is not Gamma-only.
  • Verified Alpha/Beta/Gamma ownership boundaries remain enforced.
  • Verified automatic merge wording is constrained by owner-controlled EOD approval.
  • Playwright skipped: docs/workflow-only PR.

Summary
Generalizes Sequential Codex Queue Mode from Gamma-only governance to all TEAM owners while preserving team ownership boundaries and owner-controlled EOD merge approval.
What changed
  • Added all-team Sequential Codex Queue Mode governance to PROJECT_INSTRUCTIONS.md.
  • Added matching all-team queue boundary rules to PROJECT_MULTI_PC.txt.
  • Preserved Alpha/Beta/Gamma queue ownership boundaries.
  • Clarified merge wording so EOD merge/push remains owner-controlled and requires explicit approval.
Validation
  • git diff --check passed.
  • Verified Sequential Codex Queue Mode is not Gamma-only.
  • Verified Alpha/Beta/Gamma ownership boundaries remain enforced.
  • Verified automatic merge wording is constrained by owner-controlled EOD approval.
  • Playwright skipped: docs/workflow-only PR.
  • Samples skipped: docs/workflow-only PR.
