Summary

  • Renames and extends MAIN BRANCH EXECUTION GUARD as EXECUTION BRANCH VALIDATION GUARD.
  • Keeps main as the default required execution branch.
  • Adds approved Sequential Codex Queue Mode branch governance using team/<TEAM>/<workstream>.
  • Documents queue-mode start gate PASS/FAIL criteria, TEAM ownership enforcement, and owner-controlled EOD merge approval.

Validation

  • git diff --check
  • Targeted text checks for modified branch guard, default main, queue-only approved branches, TEAM ownership boundaries, and EOD approval enforcement.

Skipped by request:

Summary
  • Renames and extends MAIN BRANCH EXECUTION GUARD as EXECUTION BRANCH VALIDATION GUARD.
  • Keeps main as the default required execution branch.
  • Adds approved Sequential Codex Queue Mode branch governance using team/<TEAM>/<workstream>.
  • Documents queue-mode start gate PASS/FAIL criteria, TEAM ownership enforcement, and owner-controlled EOD merge approval.
Validation
  • git diff --check
  • Targeted text checks for modified branch guard, default main, queue-only approved branches, TEAM ownership boundaries, and EOD approval enforcement.
