Summary

  • Added the Assistant Execution Modes governance addendum.
  • Appended the new addendum to the Project Instructions README index.

Scope

This PR standardizes expected outputs and exclusions for Review, Owner, Build PR, Continue, Challenge, and Stop Gate workflows. It also defines common command phrases such as Follow Project Instructions, Build the PR, Continue, No zip file, You are owner, and Done for the day.

Validation

  • git diff --cached --check passed before commit.
  • Custom markdown/index validation passed: required sections present, fenced code balanced, and all Project Instructions index paths exist.
