Starting a changelog to stack up quickfixes, before we can work on v2.0.1 or similar.

Happy to do it, is there documentation somewhere on what is done? Comparison before/after using xmllint on the examples?

I am tackling the list in the order it appears on my side, which is bad, I know. 😓
