A typo in the update that split US 87 in Wyoming indicated an error to check for. Any individual .wpt "root" (a single WPT file's name without the ".wpt") should appear in exactly one _con.csv entry. Not sure if anything really bad came of it getting through (such as DB inconsistencies, not the obvious problem that the wrong segment is considered part of a connected route for mapping) but it does seem to be something to check in the site update code.
