"nmpbyregion" is more specific/descriptive than "nmpfilter", and matches the name of the directory its output is written to on the server.
I plan on adding some more filters to the mix in the near future.
@jteresco: per the changes to localupdate.sh, the
nmpfilterexecutable will have to be renamed tonmpbyregion. As you can tell from the DIFF, there's no pressing need to recompile the source file.
