FWIW, changes the order of [LOOKS INTENTIONAL] and [MARKED FP] tags in nearmisspoints.log
Not a big deal unless you have shell scripts grepping for it. :)
(IMO a minor improvement, in that the string in nearmisspoints.log before marking FP is contained within the string in nearmisspoints.log after marking FP, for whatever use that may be.)
