Now I see The most recent site update completed at US/Eastern. on noreaster.
At first this was while a site update was in progress, and I thought it was related. Now the site update is complete, and I still see no update time.

Did my fix for CentOS break stuff on FreeBSD?

Would we need to capitalize more occurrences of CREATE_TIME?

Looking. I hadn't yet installed this on noreaster, so it's odd that the problem showed up when it did.

If I make CREATE_TIME all caps in the query also, it's good. That's what's installed. Committing.
