  • The index route was a dead end that told users to go click something else; the first screen should be a prompt so launching the app and typing is the entire flow.
  • Unlike folder-scoped tools, this app spans many projects, so the headline carries an in-place project switcher instead of assuming a single context.
  • Connection and git-status churn was shifting the centered layout around, which undermined the landing experience, so the hero group is isolated from anything that mounts below it.

Stacked on #1 to keep the fork ledger history linear; retarget to main after #1 merges.

  • The index route was a dead end that told users to go click something else; the first screen should be a prompt so launching the app and typing is the entire flow.
  • Unlike folder-scoped tools, this app spans many projects, so the headline carries an in-place project switcher instead of assuming a single context.
  • Connection and git-status churn was shifting the centered layout around, which undermined the landing experience, so the hero group is isolated from anything that mounts below it.
Stacked on #1 to keep the fork ledger history linear; retarget to main after #1 merges.
