Four of the five carried divergences were merged upstream (feat: file explorer mention actions and zoom-aware context menus pingdotgg/t3code#4054, feat: draft hero landing on the index route pingdotgg/t3code#4055, fix(web): paint text selection over composer chips pingdotgg/t3code#4139, feat(web): drag files from the explorer into the chat composer pingdotgg/t3code#4140) and their fork copies were already dropped by the sync PRs, so their entries no longer describe anything the fork carries.
The ledger exists to answer one question, what does this fork diverge on right now, so merged divergences are deleted outright instead of archived; git history already preserves them, and the policy text now says so explicitly.

Four of the five carried divergences were merged upstream (feat: file explorer mention actions and zoom-aware context menus pingdotgg/t3code#4054, feat: draft hero landing on the index route pingdotgg/t3code#4055, fix(web): paint text selection over composer chips pingdotgg/t3code#4139, feat(web): drag files from the explorer into the chat composer pingdotgg/t3code#4140) and their fork copies were already dropped by the sync PRs, so their entries no longer describe anything the fork carries.
The ledger exists to answer one question, what does this fork diverge on right now, so merged divergences are deleted outright instead of archived; git history already preserves them, and the policy text now says so explicitly.
