Implements #110. OpenCode turns that ask structured questions no longer dead-end behind a warning.

  • Ingress: question.asked / question.v2.asked → AgentEvent::UserInputRequested (headers, prompts, options, multi-select, free-text preserved; stable {requestID}:{index} ids).
  • Egress: RespondUserInput → POST /question/{id}/reply with OpenCode's positional array-of-arrays payload; an empty answer map cancels via POST /question/{id}/reject.
  • Clearing: pending questions are rejected + resolved on turn completion, interrupt, shutdown/session restart, and provider teardown. Native question.replied/rejected (and v2) resolve externally-settled questions without duplicate resolution.
  • Verification: API surface checked against the installed OpenCode 1.18.21 (GET /doc OpenAPI) and the tagged upstream question implementation.
  • Tests: adapter ingress (failed before the fix), multi-question/multi-select answer translation, empty-answer cancellation, native resolution mapping; timeline-fold regression for blocking + terminal-turn clearing.

Gates: fmt / clippy -D warnings / full workspace tests — green locally.

Implements #110. OpenCode turns that ask structured questions no longer dead-end behind a warning.
  • Ingress: question.asked / question.v2.asked → AgentEvent::UserInputRequested (headers, prompts, options, multi-select, free-text preserved; stable {requestID}:{index} ids).
  • Egress: RespondUserInput → POST /question/{id}/reply with OpenCode's positional array-of-arrays payload; an empty answer map cancels via POST /question/{id}/reject.
  • Clearing: pending questions are rejected + resolved on turn completion, interrupt, shutdown/session restart, and provider teardown. Native question.replied/rejected (and v2) resolve externally-settled questions without duplicate resolution.
  • Verification: API surface checked against the installed OpenCode 1.18.21 (GET /doc OpenAPI) and the tagged upstream question implementation.
  • Tests: adapter ingress (failed before the fix), multi-question/multi-select answer translation, empty-answer cancellation, native resolution mapping; timeline-fold regression for blocking + terminal-turn clearing.
Gates: fmt / clippy -D warnings / full workspace tests — green locally.
