Implements the single fallback path chosen for #123 (OCR was explicitly rejected and reverted in #257): raw-image pass-through.

  • Trigger (is_text_sparse, pure/unit-tested): frame ≥ 20,000 sq screen points with < 3 descendants bearing a title/value/description (root window title excluded).
  • On trigger, observe_ui marks text_sparse: true and attaches the window screenshot through the existing capture_window path and image/png content block — at most one capture per observation. The AX tree is untouched; no synthesized nodes, no new dependencies.
  • imageMode: never blocks every capture (now consistently including visual/fused requests); always keeps current behavior plus the flag; auto captures only for sparse trees when Screen Recording permission is granted, degrading gracefully to the flagged plain tree otherwise.
  • docs/computer-use.md deviations updated: pictureOnly resolved via raw-image pass-through by maintainer decision; Windows backend and CDP roots remain.
  • Tests: 17 in-crate (trigger rule ×3, mode/permission matrix); full workspace suite green.

Part of #123 (Windows/UIAutomation track remains open)

Maintainer decision: no OCR. When an observed frame ≥20k sq pt has <3
text-bearing AX descendants, observe_ui sets text_sparse and attaches
the window screenshot (one capture per observation, existing capture
path and image/png block) so the model reads the pixels directly.
imageMode gating unchanged: never blocks all capture (now including
visual/fused requests), always keeps existing behavior plus the flag,
auto captures only on sparse trees with Screen Recording granted.
