Add docs for license of both TypeScript and node, since ts-node includes copy-pasted code

node is MIT licensed.
TypeScript is Apache 2.

Both are compatible with ts-node (MIT) but I'm pretty sure we should be calling out the copy-pasted code more clearly in our License section, and license file?
