💡 What: Refactored the JobStatus.tsx component to utilize useMemo for processing deck turn actions.
🎯 Why: Previously, array operations like .find() and .filter() were running inline during every render loop for the four rendered decks, causing an O(N) penalty per render cycle.
📊 Impact: Considerably reduces component render time and prevents unnecessary array operations.
🔬 Measurement: Verify with npm run test --prefix frontend -- --run.
