How does UPS.com detect the country that it's in, so as to show the correct country/language page? When I access it from servers outside US, it brings up the US-en site, from every browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, DDG), even though I've cleared browser cookies. Is it sniffing the language of the OS installation (Windows 10)? DHL sniffs the IP address, bringing up the language of the server that I'm using.
