Audio starts crackling when the framerate is high.
Attached is a demonstration of the bug (kindly unmute). In the start, the framerate is set to match the screen refresh rate (120Hz), and the crackling can be heard, you can't really miss it haha. After reducing the fps to 30, the audio is fine again. Mods are disabled.
PS: Setting the fps to 60 doesn't degrade the audio for the most part, but occasional crackling can be heard in isolation.
