The final test used Microsoft's documented unsigned-package OID and exact sample publisher value. Windows 11 Home 25H2 rejected the package during manifest validation with
0x80080204, before registration or installation. No package was installed.The experiment is therefore closed rather than carrying an unsupported distribution path in the repository.
