[GStreamer][MSE] Remove AppendPipeline timeouts code - #26

The timeouts that were still in place for debugging purposes can be finally removed as the implementation is mature enough.
In the cases at setAppendStage we collapsed some of them that are render the same easy result so that code is easier to read.
