The GstMiniObject changes are needed for additional appsink/appsrc backports.
The 0002-Revert-appsink-Reuse-sample-object-in-pull_sample-if.patch was no longer applying so it is now removed. If this revert is really needed and an actual GStreamer bug, it should be reported upstream. It could also be a leak in the Netflix app (appsink not disposed).
On Fedora 39, ruby's dtrace hits a permission issue and blocks from running the WebKit build scripts.

Includes backports from GStreamer 1.24 to fix issues in webrtcbin and related issues in the GstWebRTC backend in WPE.
WIP: it seems like some assertions are hit with YouTube TV on Sagemcom. Need to fix this before merging.It wasn't introduced by the backports. WebPlatformForEmbedded/WPEWebKit#1388
