Check the "4.iss" script from this repository:

in your version of InnoSetup.

I had checked it in the InnoSetup versions of: 5.5.0, 5.6.1, 6.0.0, 6.5.1 and 6.5.2-beta. It compiles without any problems, but does not work, because of that bug. And I reported these bug on their own forum over 5 years ago.
