CHANGELOG.md was effectively empty. This backfills the 1.x era (1.0.0, 1.1.0, 1.2.0) from the tag history, condensed to user-visible changes; the 0.x series is left to git history. The
logging→ stdlibloggerswap sits under[Unreleased].Also adds a comment above
required_ruby_versionnoting the floor is intentionally conservative: CI starts at 3.0, but the gem likely still works on older Rubies.
