[Perf Counter] Show multiple GPUs or pick preferred GPU

I have a desktop PC that has multiple GPUs - integrated AMD and Nvidia. The AMD is GPU 0 in Windows settings so that's the GPU that shows up in Perf Counter. I would however prefer it to show usage for my Nvidia GPU because that's the one I use.
