`windower.ffxi.get_bag_info()` returns wrong `.enabled` value for bags that are not unlocked at all

As explained in the subject. If Mog Safe 2 is not enabled at all (i.e. the button in the Mog House meny us greyed out), the api call somehow returns an enabled value for it. Same for Mog Sack. Did not test Mog Satchel. Mog Wardrobes appear to be reported correctly when they're not paid for.

I feel like we discussed this issue before on discord but I could not find the conversation.
