Special stamp friendly binding for the popovertarget attribute? At JS runtime you bind an Element to popoverTargetElement so bfDomAttach to get an element. In a stamp (template) can just use an ID. Also commandfor is similar. Maybe also a trick for anchor-name:--ident?
