Records the operational lessons learned executing waves 2 through 4 of the ZeroSum implementation plan: the SSH keepalive fix for long pre-push hooks, the paths-filter stale-base issue, the local Playwright port collision across worktrees, Claude session-limit resume behavior, the merge-queue ejections seen so far, a geometry regression caught late by an unrelated test, the folders-v2 deviation from upstream PR 4316, and Windows-only CI findings. Also lists the follow-up tickets filed during this work and updates the wave status lines for T1-T13 against the actual PR history.
