Proposing a fix for something flagged in go.mod. It is around line 1.

The norm.Iter function in golang.org/x/text v0.37.0 can enter an infinite loop when processing input containing invalid UTF‑8 bytes. This can be exploited by an attacker to cause unbounded CPU consumption and a denial‑of‑service condition. The vulnerability is resolved in version 0.39.0, which adds proper validation to prevent the loop.

Updates golang.org/x/text to v0.39.0 to address CVE-2026-56852.

For reference: rule CVE-2026-56852. Rated high.
