Dep: replace inquirer with existing node:readline for all interactive prompts

The project targets Node 22+ which has a mature node:readline module. Inquirer pulled in ~15-20 transitive
dependencies (rxjs, ansi-escapes, cli-cursor, mute-stream, etc.) adding supply chain surface and ~3-5 MB to
node_modules for features we don't need (password input, checkboxes, editor prompts). All prompt use cases
(confirmation + list selection) are well served by node:readline

Summary

• Remove inquirer, @inquirer/prompts, and @types/inquirer dependencies (~44 transitive packages eliminated)
• Add defaultValue parameter to promptForConfirmation() to preserve Enter-as-yes behavior for "Did you mean?"

• Create promptForSelection() utility (src/utils/prompt-selection.ts) — numbered-list selector using
  node:readline, replacing inquirer's arrow-key list prompt
• Migrate InteractiveHelper.selectAccount/selectApp/selectKey to use promptForSelection()
• Migrate "Did you mean?" confirm prompts in base-topic-command.ts and did-you-mean.ts hook to
  promptForConfirmation()
• Delete dead code: prompt-utils.ts (entire file), InteractiveHelper.confirm(), readline-helper.ts
• Update dependabot config, docs, and AGENTS.md references

TODO

• - Check all of the existing commands that use removed inquirer dependency ( will mostly be switch commands )
• - Test each of those commands replaced with node:readline, check changes behaviour, make sure operational consistency is preserved.
