Node.js 22 is not supported

To Reproduce

1. Have engines.node set to v22 in package.json
2. Add package in devDependencies to get JSDoc support as per documentation.

Expected behavior
Package installs without error.

Additional context
Is there anything blocking that Node.js 22 is not supported? Node.js 24 is already available too.
Fails even with engines-strict=false in .npmrc.

We finally got a v8.0.0 with support all the way to Node.js 24!
