Nav Bar Redesign

Several Items, in order of priority:

• Add "User Tutorial" to main Nav Bar - this should redirect to this link: http://activatehub.org/about/how-to-use-activate/adding-events/
• Nav bar wider (probably 4 pixels or so)
• ActivateHub logo larger
