Improve Memory: Add Breadcrumbs and Adjust Agent Prompt

We need to enhance memory in two ways:

1. Add breadcrumbs to expose what the arbitrator is doing.
2. Adjust the prompt for the agent so that it is aware of how the memory works asynchronously.
