Demo: acs-ir markers apply && acs-ir extract && acs-ir render produces a twenty-provision index spanning all five node types, each with an opaque ID, bound actor, activating profile, evidence class, and verbatim text. The unbound count falls from 203 to 183.
Note: N22 lintMarkerPairing() is pulled forward out of V4 — X3 made the terminator mandatory, so markers cannot ship without the pairing lint that makes the rule real.
