The Agentic Commerce Lab

Shopware's frontier discovery and incubation team for the agentic shift in commerce.

We are living through the fastest technological shift in human history, and commerce is one of the first industries being rebuilt. AI agents are already discovering, evaluating, and buying on behalf of humans. The rules of discovery, trust, and transaction are being rewritten in real time.

The Agentic Commerce Lab at Shopware exists to help shape those rules in the open. We work ahead of the roadmap, exploring what commerce will need as AI agents begin buying, selling, and operating on behalf of people and businesses.

The Agentic Commerce Lab

Shopware's frontier discovery and incubation team for the agentic shift in commerce.

We are living through the fastest technological shift in human history, and commerce is one of the first industries being rebuilt. AI agents are already discovering, evaluating, and buying on behalf of humans. The rules of discovery, trust, and transaction are being rewritten in real time.

The Agentic Commerce Lab at Shopware exists to help shape those rules in the open. We work ahead of the roadmap, exploring what commerce will need as AI agents begin buying, selling, and operating on behalf of people and businesses.

We build in the open and use GitHub as the home for our public experiments, reference implementations, protocol work, and developer-facing assets. Expect this organization to grow as the Lab ships more open-source artifacts for agentic commerce.
