Replaced assert statements and print statements in csimulator.py with the standard BNGLogger logging framework and explicit exception raising (BNGSimulatorError). This improves error visibility, structure, and avoids uninformative AssertionError crashes during simulations.

Replaced assert statements and print statements in csimulator.py with the standard BNGLogger logging framework and explicit exception raising (BNGSimulatorError). This improves error visibility, structure, and avoids uninformative AssertionError crashes during simulations.
