Add the requested plain-language explanation above the planning workflow tables, with a direct navigation link. It explains the study design, primary comparison, example gains, judge disagreement, missing results and recovery limitations in the existing site style.
Validation: rebuilt the page, checked desktop/mobile rendering and whitespace. Evaluation data is unchanged; no model calls or repeated benchmark tests.
