It would be better to add an "Included Apps" option alongside the existing Excluded Apps feature.
This would help with apps such as YouTube and Netflix, where V4A audio processing causes unwanted behavior. For example, when V4A processing is enabled for YouTube, the auto-playback mute button in the YouTube feed does not work properly. Similarly, Netflix audio become completely muted when V4A processing is enabled.
Instead of having to exclude such apps one by one, users could simply select the music/audio apps they want V4A to process and leave all other apps untouched. It would also avoid having to continually maintain a large Excluded Apps list as applications are installed or removed.
