Amar Naga

Founder & builder. I build enterprise AI systems for healthcare, real estate, and operations — and the companies around them.

At LumiCorp we open-sourced the operations layer we believe enterprise agents need — open, auditable, reliable:

How I work

Enterprise AI doesn't fail on models — it fails on everything around them: workflow fit, governance, UX that operators actually adopt, technology bets that age badly. That's the layer I own. Business case to architecture to rollout: the AI agents, the UX, the technology choices, the data governance.

The AI landscape reinvents itself every quarter. Enterprises can't. So I anchor systems to what doesn't churn — the business process, the data, the controls — and keep the model layer swappable. AI-native, and still standing when the stack shifts. TypeScript and Python underneath.

Most of my work ships from private repos across @Nexa-Revive, @LumiCorp, and @checkdoors.

Off hours I build under the Foggy name — music on YouTube, Foggy Drops (a consumer AI platform for restaurants, built to maximize guest experience and growth), and a live options-flow trading dashboard I made for myself.
