[BUG] just / justfiles not recognized as automation tool

Bug Description

Having used "make" for nearly 20 years,
I recent switched to using just and justfiles

This is my automation workflow

> just install

I have never heard of that one. OK cool I'll fix and merge this. It does seem to point out that we can't possibly create a complete ruleset for things like this. Perhaps we should let the config be customizable. What do you want that to look like? (open a separate issue plz)
