[BUG] docs GH Action continues to fail on pretty much all PRs due to buggy data in the codebase

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Raise a PR
2. See if the https://github.com/ambient-code/agentready/actions/workflows/docs.yml gets triggered
3. Verify the results

Expected Behavior

Only valid broken link checks should fail and get reported.

Actual Behavior

Due to stale input data for the checks, this GH Action continues to fail for almost all the PRs.
