[BUG] Commands documented in AGENTS.md file are not parsed

Bug Description

When scanning Konflux-ci/multi-platform-controller AgentReady score for the repo was falsly low:

• AGENTS.md documenting make test, make lint, make fmt, make vet in the Quick Commands table and the Key Conventions sections.
• AgentReady does not recognize these commands, leading to false "not configured" findings.

To Reproduce

1. Clone Konflux-ci/multi-platform-controller
2. Run AgentReady scan using the uvx command
3. Review the results

Expected Behavior

Findings in Test Execution & Coverage and other sections reflect the existence of these commands.

Actual Behavior

scan report claims "No 'go test' command found in Makefile/CI/README."
