Allow users to queue messages mid-task instead of stopping the agent

Problem

When a user wants to send follow-up instructions mid-task (e.g. "After that, please add e2e tests in test/e2e/llmisvc"), the only available action is Stop — which interrupts the agent and loses its progress.

Suggestion

Queuing messages should be the default behavior, similar to how Claude Code handles it — messages line up and are picked up when the agent is ready, without interrupting the current run.
