Bug: Problems loading custom workflow

🐛 Bug Description

Summary:
When I try to load a custom workflow, nothing happens. The github repo I specify does not get loaded. I asked the agent to diagnose (see attachment) and it looks like while my github token can access the repo, whatever token is used for the initial loading cannot.

Expected Behavior:
My custom workflow to be loaded properly and executed.

Actual Behavior:
The repo/workflow does not get loaded.

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to New Session
2. Click on workflows, select custom workflow
3. Set repo/branch/path
4. Create the session
5. See that nothing has been brought into the context
