Minikube complicates our kustomize layouts (#836). It will be simpler to drop minikube across our codebase.
We already recommend CRC, so kind and crc will be the best solution for now.
(For the future, maybe we can use https://github.com/minc-org/minc as a lighter-weight openshift-based testing solution in CI.)
