Add missing confirmation step for repo deletion and acknowledge git checkpoint callback to prevent UI timeouts.
The "git checkpoint" feature was causing a "spinning" UI without feedback due to Telegram callback timeouts. The repo deletion was failing because an intermediate confirmation step was missing in the flow. This PR addresses both issues and updates
upload_saved_filesto use the correct session retrieval method.
